Our latest Spotlight piece focuses on 1 Finsbury Avenue (1FA) and one of the businesses behind the development.  1FA is situated in Finsbury Square Avenue, a stone's throw from Broadgate Circle in the heart of Broadgate Campus. Spotlight Series: Storey customer

Our next Spotlight series features Kyndryl: the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider and a Storey customer based at our newest Storey space, 100 Liverpool Street on our Broadgate Campus. We spoke to Tosca Colangeli, President of Kyndryl UK and Ireland on her role, responsibilities, and future ambitions for the business. 

The 2021 lowdown

The market has remained in a state of flux this year with optimism and enthusiasm for the return to the office set against the challenge of navigating a raft of restrictions and national lockdowns. We have welcomed many new customers to our Storey buildings, seeing occupancy increase to 85% reflecting renewed energy around business returning to the workplace.
